The Grox War

Septra Took out her dagger and threw it at Extins hand, making him drop the Gun.

((I think he shot me..))

((I just blasted randomly))

((Okay.))

((:P What's happening now? Septra threw the knife at Extin's Hands ight after he triggered the gun.))

Drainkin, presumed dead due to the effects of the war, teleports behind Extin, knife to his throat. "Ok pal. We're going to take a nice little walk back to the ship to De-grox you. Are you ready?"

However, Drainkin's position was quite imbalanced. A swift kick to the leg would drop him to the ground.

Fravini finsihed killing off the grox like creatures, From the corner of her eye she saw Drainkin holding Extin.

((You guys don't know how to make a awesome post like me and Delta, :P. I mean c'mon! One sentence?! And there isn't any detail! I feel like me and Delta are writing a novel. ))

Diatria was still breating Triex kneeled down on the bloody floor and watched his wife take her last breaths... Diatria held Triex's hand.

"Ink! She can still live! Give me some medical supllies!" said Triex. Diatria spoke as if there was no hope.

"Stop making false hope, Triex. I'm going to die... just... stop causing pain to yourself and leave me here." she grunted. Triex couldn't help himself. A tear of despair came from his eye. Diatria held Triex's hand for the last time... she closed her eyes preparing for death. Her grip was getting less tighter. Triex was losing her. After a moment... she lost her grip and died.

Triex got a small vile filled with dark red blood in it. The vile was given by Jioli at Uqurio-III
it was said to be the blood of an ancient beast of Uqurio-III. It was said if you pour it on a graveyards surface, all the dead should rise from there graves. He never believed in these stupid legends but he had no choice. He poured it in Diatria's mouth. Ink and Triex waited for her to get up.

Diatria coughed blood on Ink's face. "You guys just won't let me die, won't you?" said Diatria with a faint but humorous tone.

((Razo, why do you hate Ink so much? ))

Ink silently wiped the worst of the blood from his face and returned to his search for medical supplies. He quickly found a first-aid kit and sorted through it: gauze, tape, scissors, antiseptics, bandages- aha! Right at the bottom was a small pouch of heal-gel. They were lucky this vessel was a luxury cruise-liner, or they might not have been so lucky.

He handed Triex a towel and the pack of clear gel, "We'll need to turn her over to get at the wound- keep pressure on it with this, and once the bleeding stops we apply the gel to the wound- it should speed clotting and prevent infection. But she'll need surgery soon."

He didn't know how safe it would be to move Diatria now. The next thing they needed would probably be a stretcher, or even better a handy surgeon who just happened to have brought along his entire clinic and staff for the cruise. He could at least hope that someone aboard the Golden Maiden had alerted the emergency services- the fighting seemed to be dying down.

((I wanted 20000th post. It was 11 o'clock and I was tired.))

I struggled, and fought back at it. I blasted lasers around everywhere. "EEEZZZZ! FRAKZ!!!" The Grox army that was following me, blasted forward into attack. "ARGGG-z-z-z-z-zz----"

((I'm being held captive cuz I was Groxified, and shooting lasers everywhere.))

Triex turned Diatria over and put some of the gel on her back.Triex and Ink helped Diatria get up. She grunted and moved along. She held Triex's shoulder. "Thanks" she said. Triex was surprised.

"Thanks? Holding my shoulder? What? I thought we were married!" said Triex. Diatria ignored his joke and looked at Ink.

"I have bad news... that was only the 1st wave. I don't think we can fight the 2nd wave of enemies." she said. "Lets go back to are cabin. We need to heal are wounds for the 2nd and incoming waves..." said Diatria.

They returned to their room, and once inside Ink bolted the door and pushed a sofa up against it as best he could.

"I don't expect that to hold them for long if they find us, but hopefully we can wait this whole thing out... Or at least avoid getting our heads blown off by enemy fire."

He sat down on the sofa, wincing slightly as his ribs stung- the painkillers he'd found in the bathroom were wearing off, "Also: Triex, the next time I see that rifle of yours pointed at me, I will kill you. Nothing personal." -Ink was particularly irritated by the fact that in the last few hours his supposed allies had inflicted more harm to him than a horde of armed aliens. At least he had his mask back.

Since Triex was the one that wasn't damaged as Ink or Diatria. He went into the hallway... Dead Conqrix... dead tourists... dead guards... nothing was joyful. The back of his neck hurt so bad. It was the Mind Chip. When Triex gained control, he guessed that the electricity from his nervous system must of damaged it. But the Mind Chip was letting out sparks. The sparks often made him jerk or wince. He needed surgery to take that chip. Triex was walking and he came to the Reception Hall. There was two of those aliens attacking a man. "Hey you! HELP! I don't have a weapon!" said the man. Triex ignored him and the aliens ATE him. Triex got his rifle and silently shot the two aliens. Heatex appeared behind him whispering to his ear.

"Your turning dark... i can feel it." said Heatex. Triex silently spoke without turning.

"The Mind Chip is damaged. You can't contol me anymore. And talking with me won't help you a Spoffit Poop." said Triex trying not to make a harsh swear. Heatex's words echoed.

"... why do fight for these strangers? You always confuse me when you protect that woman named Septra and that Mallium that keeps millions of secrets from you. Why?" said Heatex.

"The real question is why am i talking with you?" said Triex still not turning the direction where Heatex is. Heatex ignored Triex's comeback.

"You will serve the False God just like those D*** Grox if you continue this attitude. I'm trying to warn you. One of your "friends" serve the Grox. He is a traitor. He will stab you, Diatria, the Mallium and the others by there backs." warned Heatex. Triex turned this time.

"I don't need you D*** help, Heatex. Get the dyie'l out my mind and return to your business you son of a spaceslug." said Triex cursing and cursing with an ancient language. Heatex sighed.

"Whatever you say Triex..." said Heatex with dissapointment. "Bye." echoed Heatex and suddenly a laser blast hit Heatex's mind ghost and he dissapeared with a fog. Triex cursed. The 2nd wave arrieved.

He ran as fast as he could back to his cabin.

After Triex left Ink shifted the couch back into place in front of the door and sat down on it again. Surprisingly, they could not hear any sounds of fighting; maybe it was a lull in the battle or simply good soundproofing in the walls, but after the intensity of the last few hours, the silence was uncomfortable.

He decided to break it: "So Diatria... How did you and Triex meet?"

Diatria sat down with Ink. She sighed at Ink's question.

"There was this mission i was hired for. Since, i was a bounty hunter. It had something to do with going to the unknown regions of the galaxy. I went with Triex and Razorator at the mission. Are mission was to collect somekind of Datatab from the Grox HQ. The unknown regions are at the outer rim of are galaxy. Far away from the core. I was wondering why there would be a Grox HQ all the way to the outer rims..."

"Anyways, what also scared me was the fact that the Grox were in are galaxy. Almost every galaxy has Grox at the core. But 5 great empires got tired of the Grox taking lives and taxes without being brought to justice. These 5 empires formed the first Galactic Senate. The senate got more and more members. Then they formed an order called The Order of the Archway. There were also 5 counsil members. The leader was Xyder. The other 4 was: Jason, Junhill, Razorator and Filex. For years The Order of the Archway helped the innocent and got more members at the order and the senate. But the Grox grew inpatient at the senate. After that, The War of the Archway started... the last battle was made at Uqurio. Those days it was just called Uqurio, not Uqurio-III. It was also uninhabitted. The last battle was horrible. From what we know, all the members died... The Leader of the order got killed by a Grox General. Razorator and Filex were cornered and killed and Jason was hit by a bombing... The only surviver was Junhill. The Grox had crushed the order. Junhill ran away. Nobody knows where he is and if he's still alive." Diatria noticed that she was off-topic. "Oops, sorry. If your wondering how Razorator was with me if he was dead; He was brought back to life by a spirit that lives in an Archway." she said.

"Me, Triex and Razorator did the mission for half a year. 2 months after we arrived me and Triex were together. Then 2 years later we got married. But i regret it these past few days. He's been acting weird and mysterious. It's like he doesn't know me." said Diatria. She was about to cry but then they heard foot steps running towards the door. Then the person that was running hit face foward at the door and fell on the ground. Ink opened the door by moving the couch. Triex was laying down on the ceramic floor rubbing his head.

"I forgot there was a couch blocking the door." said Triex and Diatria helped him get up. They closed the door and put the couch again. "They are coming." said Triex with a grave tone.

Ink picked up his visor and secured it over his face. He uttered a few voice commands in an alien battlespeech- full of harsh consonants and odd sounds that it would take some difficulty for most other races to imitate with out straining their vocal cords.

After a few more moments, addressed Triex and Diatria briskly: "We cannot fight these opponents: we have all taken one too many beatings in the past few hours. I suggest we contact someone to get us out of this mess as fast as we can: The Eliminator would be our best option in my opinion..."

Diatria nodded at Ink's suggestion. Triex didn't agree with him.

"Who will save us?! There is almost nobody aboard the Eliminator! I say we steal a ship from the hangar and leave this place." said Triex. ((i only disagreed because we are the only active ones and we would have to wait for Naboo or somebody too answer back, i'm not taking that risk :P.))

Triex heard thousands of running footsteps out of the door. The aliens knew they were here. "Teh maskz iz in that room!" said a voice out of the door. There time was getting slimmer. Then he heard something hook on to the door... from Triex's soldier instincts it told him that it was a Plasmic Explosion Charge. Without warning he grabbed Ink and Diatria from the waist and jumped out of the couch. The door blew up in a milisecond. Triex shielded Ink and Diatria from the pieces that blew up. There was smoke in the cabin. Triex went shoulder-to-shoulder with both of them, not caring how heavy it was and went to the bathroom.

Triex let them both go and gently put Diatria on the toilet seat because of her wounds. Triex peaked out of the door. Ink had dropped his mask on the floor. The smoke cleared up and the aliens spreaded around the cabin. "Victoryz, men! We have foundz teh maskz!" said the alien commander. The soldiers cheered in happieness. Triex whispered.

"Does your mask have anything impotant? Because those son of a spaceslugs took it." said Triex.

(( I assure you I would do nothing of the sort Razo. I do, after all, have other requests. ))

Ink considered this for a moment, "There could be numerous reasons for wanting it... Though admittedly most of them don't justify murdering one's way through an entire cruise ship. Maybe they were instructed to locate its chemical signature, but their leaders neglected to tell them exactly why. Or maybe..."

He paused for another moment, turning this next thought over in his mind, "There is a distinct possibility that they are after some information stored in it. Certainly it has a hot-line to the Silent Temple built-in, or perhaps they are counting on there being information from the Eliminator's data banks inside it. Which there is."


He neglected to mention that said information had recently been extracted in the dead of night using Naboo's access codes and a screwdriver, or that the hot-line to the Temple was a feature he had worked very hard to disable some time ago. Nevertheless, disabled did not mean broken...
