Moderator preformance reviews

Well, in my eyes. Our moderator team is doing fine keeping the forum under control. However, I would like to hear the feedback of our members, to see how well we really are doing.

So, it's quite simple. Leave the name of the moderator (Or leader) you would like to review, and rate the moderator in these 4 categories in a scale of 1 to 10, one being the worst and ten being the best

The categories are:

General Behavior

Effectiveness (How quickly they can make "modly" decisions)

Relate ability (Basically how much you like them)

Keeping the interests of users, and not themselves (Do they end a discussion because they don't like it, even though other users do would be an example. And vice versa)

With those 4 categories, you have the option to leave a note on what you think about them, as a person and as a moderator. This is when you can refer to personal preference

Also note, these reviews do NOT impact the moderators in any way, shape, or form. So be honest

(Leaders are fair game too for reviews)

Anyone wants to judge me? I would like to see what i can do better, and what i'm already good at!

Glasspine:

General Behavior: Glass is humorous and fun to talk to, and adds frequently to the chat, and I think we're all pretty happy to keep him in office.

Effectiveness: Glass seems a bit emotional at times (Clearing the chat repeatedly because someone embarrassed him with "Glasspine the Comedian" thread) but overall is good a being a mod.

Relate Ability: Glass doesn't give you the feeling he's a mod, as he acts just like one of the non-mods (I mean that in a good way) and it's easy to forget that he's a mod at times.

Oh! I left out a part:

Keeping the interests of users, and not themselves (Do they end a discussion because they don't like it, even though other users do would be an example. And vice versa): Glass, in general does not end the conversation unless it is unfair to him or mean, and he stops fights if they break out.

Awesome review 3D!

Hutch:

General Behavior: Friendly, although occasionally depresses the forum and/or chatbox if he's sad.

Effectiveness: Very good! Precise, neat and orderly.

Relate ability: Hutch is easy to talk to and get along with. I really enjoy talking to him when I get the chance.

Keeping the interests of users, and not themselves: Hutch is generally good at this, but occasionally reverts the conversation to himself if he's sad or hurt, as mentioned earlier.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone, but you said to be honest.
Overall, I think you, Hutch are doing an excellent job!

CamelFox:

General Behavior: Nice, although you sometimes get emotional when people down rate your creations for now good reason. While this is bad behavior on the Down rater's part, it is not really reason to swear so violently.

Effectiveness: Very effective, efficient, and neat.

Relate ability: Nice to talk to, although does sometimes go off topic. Still, a lot of fun to talk to if you can stay on topic about something.

Keeping the interests of users, and not themselves: Very good at this. Camel does not end conversations just because he's not interested. CamelFox tries to either get interested or keep the conversation going.

Gelatino: R++

Gives very good advice: writes with the air of a moderator. Gets things done.

Gelatino95:

General Behavior: Good, cordial.

Effectiveness: Quickly, effectivley, and justly.

Relate ability: I find it fun to talk to Gelatino and find that he's well liked among the GAC community in general.

Keeping the interests of users, and not themselves: Gelatino is excellent at this, just like Camelfox.

I think, I am doing a good job being effective. The first day alone I fixed a lot of things that needed doing. Sense I have to get back to finishing that up. .....

Ter, unfortunately, I haven't really seen you enough on the chat to be able to rate you accurately. Sorry

Drew980 (or whatever his name is now, I forget what it was)

General Behavior: Before he became a mod, his personality showed through clearly as crystal, but when he became a mod, his personality sort of got blocked away, but comes out at times... which can be a good thing, I guess.

Effectiveness: VERY good at making decisions and acting quickly in situation when action is needed. Definitely helps keep the forum a better place.

Relate ability: Has a... unique? personality. This doesn't get in the way of his moderator duties, so he's definitely doing a good job and that's why I like him as a mod.

Keeping the interests of users, and not themselves: Like previously mentioned, does not let opinions get in the way of decision-making.

Gelatino95: (Previous mod)

General Behavior: Smart, fun to talk to, a bit stiff at times (No offence AT ALL gelo) But overall nice to have a conversation with when you're bored...

Effectiveness (How quickly they can make "modly" decisions): A great mod, always making sure to follow rules and such, always never TOO strict, and makes decisions fast.

Relate ability: Overall, he's good, and vote for him back as a mod someday. So....96 out of 100...(I just wrote this quick, so there's a lack of deep thought.)

General Behavior: Really awesome, smart and humorous guy, who is always up for a good conversation. He doesn't annoy others, and works good as a mod

Effectiveness: Really good mod, who can't be bribed or influenced, acts quick, and is an awesome mod

There is a reason I kept him as a mod after our moderator team revamp. You'll see why

General Behavior: Intelligent, helpful, kind, and above all, easy to work with. I can trust him to do the right thing at all times, however. I have noticed he can be easily offended and that's when his opinions can become biased, all in all. 9/10

Effectiveness: As I said, he is still a moderator for a reason. He is an excellent chatmod, and very trustworthy. He makes the correct, and unbiased choices almost all the time, the only gap he has in his effectiveness is, as I said. he can be easily offended, and that can hurt his effectiveness, but only in a minor scale, from what I've seen. 9/10

Relate ability: As I said, 3D is a great person to talk to when you have the chance, he is intelligent and always is a great listener. All in all, if I could meet the guy in the flesh, we would probably get along just fine. 10/10

Overall: 9.5/10
