[NEW] GAC Factions Server

firstly, i'm requesting a LOCK on the old thread, because this a fresh start. thanks.

Ok, so i've started a need factions server. well actually it's been up a week without an announcement, and a few of you guys have joined. its working out pretty well, so i think i'll announce it for real.
there are 2 factions right now. Campire, and Vangaurds. i'd like to have 4 factions, but that won't work unless we gather a larger community. 4 people min for a faction i'd say.
so anyway, i'll be making a thread on MCFORUMS.... ill make it APPLICATION ONLY. and thats the way it will stay. grievers are too lazy to apply to servers.
so come and give the server a shot!

Okay, there are a few things I'd like to address.

1. Why did I come back to a sign in my room accusing me of stealing a potion from an unnamed person?

2. Why could I not destroy said sign?

Cam, I'd like answers.

1) squid seems to think you stole potions from you and stated that he planned to "return the favor" i wasn't involved. (sorry for ratting you out squid)
2) i don't know. perhaps he made it it essentials protected?

Thing is I can't destroy any signs that anyone has placed.

And Puk, I've been gone for two days. I didn't steal the potions.

Ok, I lost connection to the server due to an internet blackout, and now whenever I try to log on into it, it's saying I have an internal client error. is my character still "Logged on" into that server as a ghost avatar?

If so, can you please kick him so I can join?

I'm having a similar issue as Ter is. I try to join, then Minecraft freezes up for a few minutes before unfreezing and giving me an error message, or it will just freeze and I'll have to force quit it.

same here.... i restarted like 7 times... maybe ill completely quit terminal

I'm having the same problem with it freezing up. I had lost internet for a few days, too. Why is it doing that?

very thinks its the thing that happened in 1.9 when someone killed the authentication servers. nothing any of us can do. all MC server seem to be down

I just learned what it is. It's worldwide.

There's some idiot DDOSing the Official Minecraft Authenticator servers, so no one can join at the moment. I've tried VoxelBox and Vaultcraft, and they're both completely empty.

Well ho-ly-crap. It's odd though that I can log in to my account, yet I can't join a server.

This is why I hate people. They can't just leave things alone...they have to screw with everyone and make them miserable.

Cam, is there any reason that I'm still getting the whitelist error thing? Is anyone else not whitelisted also, or is it just me?

Watchu doin', Camel? Is the Faction server done for?

Guys I had a chat with Cam the other day and he explained why none of us are able to log in. See his other friends are at some project which I have no idea what that might be. I'm not sure though if the faction thing is done for good.

I kinda doubt the factions thing is over for good, and even if it is, hopefully he'll still be running his server, if only periodically.
