| Well, with Cam resigning from the admin role. We need someone to fill in for him.
I think you all know what that means, yes. An election. Because we are an INTERNETZ DEMOCRACY.
Anyway, if you would like to run. Leave a request, and speech here. But keep in mind I do have some requirements, and you need to fit these to be included in the election
Requirements: -Prior Moderator experience (More than 2 or so months, Former moderators can also join the poll) -Knowledge of the Administrative Panel (You don't need to be an expert, just decent at operating it) -Been a member of the forum for at LEAST 3 months -Have No warnings or Bans on your user file
So, if you fit any of these rules. Go ahead and run, leave a speech here, and at the end of this week. I'll start the poll.
Good luck to you all

| I thought that since I got second place in the previous leader election AND the temp admin election, you said that I could win the next election by default. But I may be mistaken. Anyway, here's my speech: You all know me. I am Gelatino95, or simply Gelo. As the Galactic Adventure Club, we are naturally centered around discussing Galactic Adventures. So far, our community has been one of the strongest I have seen, with the greatest administrative system. Even better than the almighty Sporum. With the leaving of one of our founding fathers, Camelfox, we need somebody who will help lead this great administration. And who better to choose than me? During my years of moderation, I've had experience in handling a forum such as this. I know how to handle the people of a forum so that our community experience is the best it can possibly be. If elected, I will promise to help bring about change where it needs it, and everywhere else, I will help to maitain our high quality. As an optimistic person, I always make the better of things. Remember those spam attacks that have plagued our precious society? Nobody left the forum because of them, did they? Even if they did, then we would probably be better off without them. Spam attacks are a learning experience for us. We learn about the pettiness of internet trolls and how they cannot damage an amazing and strong community such as ours. With me in charge, our community will be even stronger. ~Vote Gelo for admin 2011!~

| Just a thought and no offense to anyone this might apply to but, if someone was demoted from a moderator position, what makes you think they're suited to be an admin? _________________ |

| I'm still fuzzy on that demotion, so I'm rooting for gelo or glass (not sure if he'll run though). they've been on for a long time, as moderators and members |

If you actually read it, I said you would get the Temporary admin by default, not the full leader role. _________________ |

Ah, thanks for clearing that up. And you didn't have to quote my whole speech, you know. Just saying, it kind of makes the thread look messy. |

| I could never apply, so I will suggest someone.
3DBlenderRender.
He is a very effective mod with much experience, is mature, and quick-thinking. He does not complain or brag, he always knows when to act, and is still a nice person. If GAC wants a good new admin, that can be effective and good, who is more active than some, I suggest 3DBlenderRender as the next GAC Admin, over other candidates. No offense to other candidates, but 3D just seems most right for the job in my opinion.
I know I can't make him run for admin (As I am not he), but I am pointing out a great choice for all of GAC. So if he sees this, I suggest he run for admin...
Vote for 3DBlenderRender 2011!!! |

He could never become an admin. His complicated name might confuse the new members |

Be patient, young gelo.
Plus, I'm purely doing this out of the kidness of my heart, I could easily just pick who I want to work with._________________ |

| Thank you, oh great and mighty Hutch!
And also, I seem to remember you saying that you were the leader in charge of administrative duties in the forum, and camel was in charge of monitoring forum activities and Spore related stuff. Is that what the elected leader will be in charge of? |

This is basically what I said in my speech... we have a better forum than all of the other ones out there. |

I think that Gelatino deserves the role, personally. |
