Thus the server can't be on, as he has a different computer and didn't transfer the files.
That's why it had to close. He was being driven from one place to the other.

| You probably have to re-forward the port with your new modem. The old port is still open, but on the wrong IP so people can't connect. Also, can you whitelist me? | |
