Alienzombies Building Tips, I will post any new tips and tricks that I discover.

here's one I discovered,if you make one creature invisiable for the act and put another creature on it, you won't get that "CREATURES CAN NOT BE TOO CLOSE" message, easier done than said. You can make a creature "stand exactly where the other was" just play my adventure "Clark and stanley's timeorewindo"

oh and turn a blue, red, etc, gate into a spaceship, now you can make "landed" ships or "massive crusiers" above the reach of normal ships

just found this out, teleporter exits DON'T HAVE HEIGHT LIMITS!!! now you can put them as high as you want.

HOW TO MAKE UNDERWATER AREAS:
1. go to terraform mode and place a hole.
2. go to effects and get a Pond/toxic pond/ effect.
3. place it in the hole and size it to max size.
4. now raise it to the rim of the hole. (if your area is bigger use more pond effects
5. add Aatini reeds for kelp effects
6. add bubbles to make it seem underwater,
7. and finaly add creatures!

to speed up or slow down music, just simply turn the ring around the music effect icon (only music from music tab)

HOW TO MAKE FLOATING CREATURES (this is my video by the way)

This ever happen to you? you place a creature on on top of building, bridge, bed, etc, but your adventure is complex and when you play it the creatures load before the buildings do, and they are below the building? Yes? well heres the the simple answer, put teleporters below the building and the exits on top on the building where the creature belongs; now if the creature loads first and spawns below the building, they will teleport where they belong!

the first ones I've heard, but the last one's a really good one!

I also heard of every single one of those tips, but not the last one! Maybe I should use that technique!

the video you posted is more like how to make a swiming creature then a floating creature! but that dosen't really matter! i know how to do both anyway... oh and thats a very interesting way to do it! i diden't know you could do it that way! :: ::

to gamer111: you say this is a swimming creature... how do you make a floating one then?

try to edit the spine so it stands up BUT be careful not to reavel the hidden leg though :Wink:

heres a new one, slow down the song "Angelic Dream" to a point where it sounds like a mans voice, now slow it down more and you get this S-L-O-W singing voice, try it! its good for the sad scenes in adventures.

try this, go to the adventure editor and then enter the cheats menu and type "blocksmode" and hit enter, now all the creatures will be made out of blocks!

will that make them blocks when people play the game?

no. it'sd not a "sticky" cheat like Adventurelook -norainbows and such.

Yeah. I tried doing the blocksmode in creature and it worked, but the next time I went on to play, the creature were normal again.

yeah... I just tryed Block mode out. I think its unaplyable to adventures

I know this works though. any of you play an adventure where everything is black and white or scepta?

adventurelook -sepia, norainbows um.... there are more, but not off the top of my head. that sticks to an advnture. doesn't "stop"
