A popular creator has passed.. Himmelslaub has died apparently.

Last Wednesday, we lost a fellow sporeon to cancer. He struggled with other illnesses but he wasn't as strong as he hoped to be.

Himmelslaub wasn't very active in the community but he provided us with the most intriguing works of art on a nearly daily basis. I had the pleasure to chat with him on the odd occasion but I was never aware of his health status.

My god, that is sad.

I've never heard of this creator, but he must have been a great person.

It does. Its funny becuase back in the day Himmelslaub used to talk to most of us 08'ers and 09'ers via comment. Before he/she got popular. Its sad one moment you meet someone the next day their gone.

Yeah, lets not go there. Cancer and I don't really get along at the dinner parties :p

But in all seriousness, I feel really sorry for this guy. And I hope that his friends and family will be able to cope with the loss. I've seen some of his creations, and they're quite good.

Never invite cancer to a dinner party, it'll beat the crap outta you.

Aww no D: Himmel was such a great creator.. This is really sad.

I think I heard of him but I didn't know the poor guy had cancer and some other bad illness's. It's really sad.

I've just heard of it - can't say I knew him in person, but I've seen his creations, which stood out in their quality.
It's always sad to lose a person which was a part of your world, especially at a young age and to such a violent and horrid disease like cancer.
My sympathy goes to his family and friends who now have to go through the uneasy task of rebuilding their lives without him.
Rest in peace, Himmelslaub. You will be remembered.

I hate cancer. this guy was an awesome, he sent me through a stage of desparately trying to make creations like his, they were always outstandingly good. Nevr like knew him or anything but he will be missed by all, and my thoughts are with his loved ones R.I.P Himmelslaub.

Thats so sad, I really don't know what to say other than i'm sorry and that himmel's amily is safe.

He is at peace. He shall be reincarnated in the great cycle of life and death.

Focus not on his death but on his accomplishments in life.

This is a little tribute creation of mine that I did a couple of weeks back for Himmel.



It ani't much but if you take a closer look at the flower that my mascot Chalen is holding, I did a little experiment of using those flipper rock thingies for a petal look. Never the less, it's a little tribute creation.
